Common use of Community Participation in Procurement Clause in Contracts

Community Participation in Procurement. The Borrower may use community participation in procurement for Works contracts for small scale water and sanitation systems in primary schools/madrasah and for equipment for nutrition-related activities, in accordance with the agreed procedures set out in the Procurement Plan and as below.

The Borrower may use community participation in procurement for Works contracts for water supply systems, and small scale water and sanitation irrigation systems in primary schools/madrasah and for equipment for nutrition-related activities, in accordance with the agreed procedures set out in the Procurement Plan and as belowPlan.
