Certified Community Partners (CPs) are community-based organizations that offer members linkages and support to community resources that facilitate a coordinated, holistic approach to care. Behavioral Health (BH) CPs are responsible for providing certain supports for members (adults and children) with serious mental illness (SMI), serious emotional disturbance (SED), and/or serious and persistent substance use disorder (SUD).
