HOSPITALITY. THE PURCHASER agrees to provide one hot meal per person after sound check or following the concert – whichever time is more appropriate to standard mealtimes. THE PURCHASER agrees to provide QUALITY food that may include chicken, fish and/or red meat, pasta, salad and vegetables. THE PURCHASER will provide meal at the venue or reserve two tables at a nearby quality restaurant. FAST FOOD and “CHAIN RESTAURANTS” WILL NOT BE ACCEPABLE! The following will be made available to THE ARTIST at the designated sound check time and thereafter until the performance concludes: FRESH COFFEE and HERB TEA, FRESH MILK, ORANGE JUICE, FRUIT AND CHEESE PLATTER, FRESHLY CUT VEGETABLES & DIP, COLD CUTS, WHOLE GRAIN BREADS AND CRACKERS, CONDIMENTS, TWELVE (12) 2- LITER BOTTLES OF WATER (combination of sparkling and still) DIET COKE, COCA COLA , 6 BOTTLES QUALITY BEER AND ONE BOTTLE OF GOOD FRENCH OR ITALIAN RED WINE. THE ARTIST’S DRESSING ROOMS SHALL BE DESIGNATED NO SMOKING AREAS FOR ALL VENUE PERSONNEL AND VISITORS. THE PURCHASER shall provide two (2) CLEAN, properly lighted, climate controlled, secure dressing rooms. These rooms must have adequate furniture, hot and cold running water and a private CLEAN toilet. THE ARTIST will be provided with a lock and key for dressing rooms. CLEAN HAND TOWELS and SOAP MUST BE PROVIDED. No doubt your facilities are just fine- but we have found it necessary to add these clauses about cleanliness. If your dressing rooms are not cleaned regularly, this is a fine time to have someone spruce them up! The band occasionally encounters filthy, stinky dressing rooms and they’d really prefer not to!
HOSPITALITY. 7.1 Subject to availability, entertaining rooms can be reserved for sponsor receptions for two hours prior to performances, subject to prevailing hire charges. 7.2 Where entertaining rooms are reserved these spaces can also be offered to a sponsor. 7.3 Details of venues, capacities, access restrictions and liquor licence are available via: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/venue-hire/auditoria. 7.4 Catering for all receptions must be selected from the list of Southbank Centre approved caterers, available via: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx/venue-hire/catering-tech-production/caterers. 7.5 Programmes can be ordered in advance but no later than 24 hours before performance and delivered to the sponsor reception. 7.6 Branding is possible within privately hired spaces, although this must be done via the artist / company and agreed with the Marketing and Development teams before committing. Please note that these dates are subject to change, and the Artistic Rentals team will advise as to any alterations in deadlines. HOSPITALITY. Vendors are prohibited from hosting or sponsoring any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. No scooters, golf carts, bicycles, motorcycles, weapons, drugs, alcohol or animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. No sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum from demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made are prohibited. Better Car Shows, LLC assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to vendor must be received and signed for by the vendor. Vendors must keep booth space clean and presentable to the public. Vendors will be responsible for any damage to the facility or costs for cleanup required by Xxxxxxx County Expo in order to return space to normal condition.

If PURCHASER deems a "buy-out" necessary, ARTIST will receive in cash at sound check the local currency equivalent of $250.00 (USD) for the group in total. The following will be made available to THE ARTIST at the designated sound check time and thereafter until the performance concludes: FRESH COFFEE and HERB TEA, FRESH MILK, ORANGE JUICE, FRUIT AND CHEESE PLATTER, FRESHLY CUT VEGETABLES & DIP, COLD CUTS, WHOLE GRAIN BREADS AND CRACKERS, CONDIMENTS, TWELVE (12) 2- LITER BOTTLES OF WATER (combination of sparkling and still) , SOFT DRINKS, 12 BOTTLES QUALITY BEER AND TWO BOTTLES OF EXCELLENT FRENCH OR ITALIAN RED WINE. PLEASE NOTE NO SOY, DAIRY OTHER THAN THE MILK FOR COFFEE OR NUTS. BAND REQUESTS (AND APPRECIATES) THAT ALL FOOD AND BEVERAGE ITEMS SERVED BE NATURAL, FRESH AND AS FREE FROM PROCESSING AS POSSIBLE. We require 2 hours of setup time before sound-check and 90 minutes for sound-check. There should be a minimum of 90 minutes allowed for dinner between sound-check and show-time. HOSPITALITY. (a) Tennis Auckland will organise and provide the Event using reasonable care and skill. (b) The Customer will have access to the Legends Lounge for each ticket provided to the Event for the date and individual sessions of the Event. (c) Tennis Auckland reserves the right to substitute the hospitality offering for another hospitality package of a similar standard. (d) The Customer agrees that it will attend the Event at its own risk in all respects.

HOSPITALITY. Purchaser agrees to provide Artist with a meal such as but not limited to sandwiches or hot dishes, a cheese/fruit/vegetable tray or salads, coffee, water, juice and soda. Meal shall be available upon Orchestra’s arrival at venue.
HOSPITALITY. A. The Presenter agrees to provide ample bottled water (or backstage water coolers or filtered fountains, supplied with bottles or cups); coffee and teas; non-dairy milk; iced tea, lemonade, and sodas; fresh fruits and vegetables; and an assortment of cheese and crackers, protein bars, chips, and candy for the Company throughout the engagement. B. The Presenter agrees to provide a hot meal, set up backstage 4 hours prior to the first performance, and on any day involving 2 performances. The meal should contain both vegan and meat options, as well as be pork free. Additionally, some dancers have allergies to dairy, seafood, eggs, and gluten. Please discuss menu options and meal times with the Company before finalizing arrangements. C. Complimentary broadband wireless Internet should be available backstage and at the Company’s hotel. The Presenter agrees to assume the cost of wireless Internet at hotels that do not offer a free connection.
HOSPITALITY. University shall use good faith efforts to accommodate Speaker’s reasonable hospitality requests as set forth in Speaker’s rider, provided University determines the expenses it would incur in fulfilling such requests are a prudent use of public funds. Speaker further recognizes that University is prohibited by Regent’s Policies from providing Speaker with beer, wine or alcoholic beverage while on campus. Unless specified in Section 1.2, transportation, meals and housing arrangements will be the sole responsibility of Speaker.
