Community Services a) Contractor shall provide the community-based services outlined in Health and Safety Code Chapter 534, § 534.053, which are incorporated into services defined in Information Item G.
Community Services. 3.07 The Developer shall pay the Community Services Charges calculated per hectare of the Development Area a set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto to the City on or before the dates as follows: thirty (30%) per cent on the Payment Date; thirty (30%) per cent within one year of the Payment Date; and forty (40%) per cent within two years of the Payment Date.

Any resource or services provided by public or private organizations to community residents to assist with a particular social need such as mental health or counseling or social determinants of health needs including housing or food or job training and employment. It may also include other general services or programs offered through libraries or other local government funding that benefit the community.
