Community Services a) Grantee shall provide the community-based services outlined in Texas Health and Safety Code Chapter § 534.053, which are incorporated into services defined in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts. b) Grantee shall establish a reasonable standard charge for each service containing an asterisk (*) in Information Item G, incorporated by reference and posted at: xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider-portals/behavioral-health- services-providers/behavioral-health-provider-resources/community-mental-health- contracts, as required under 25 TAC, Part 1, Chapter 412, Subchapter C (Charges for Community Services).

b) Contractor shall establish a reasonable standard charge for each service containing an asterisk (*) in Information Item G.
Community Services. Provides lawn mowing assistance to St. Xxxxxx residents accepted based on age and income or disability and income.
Community Services. Neither Master Lessor nor Lessor shall be responsible for providing any utility or other services to the Leased Premises, including but not limited to police protection, fire protection, and utilities, except that Lessor shall make available to Lessee the following services:
6.6.1 Water and sewer lines in the right-of-way adjacent to the Leased Premises. Lessee shall pay for the hook up to the water and sewer lines.
6.6.2 Maintenance of common streets in the Development Park.
Community Services. 3.07 The Developer shall pay the Community Services Charges calculated per hectare of the Development Area a set out in Schedule 2 attached hereto to the City on or before the dates as follows: thirty (30%) per cent on the Payment Date; thirty (30%) per cent within one year of the Payment Date; and forty (40%) per cent within two years of the Payment Date.
Community Services. Any resource or services provided by public or private organizations to community residents to assist with a particular social need such as mental health or counseling or social determinants of health needs including housing or food or job training and employment. It may also include other general services or programs offered through libraries or other local government funding that benefit the community.
Community Services. Credit may be granted for such activities within the geographical area of the District provided no remuneration has been received for the service. The time expended in the activity will be considered. To qualify for salary credit, the community service should have the following attributes:
(1) It should be of a type which the employee is particularly qualified to perform as a result of training and experience.
(2) It should be definitely educative in nature.
(3) It should be concerned with youth leadership.
(4) It should enhance the value of the employee to the District by bringing about personal, intellectual, and social growth on the part of the employee and by broadening the employee's understanding of the interests and problems of youth and their parents.
Community Services. Strategy 2- Work with all levels of government, community groups and individuals to identify and match available resources and service programs to meet the full range of social and community needs in the municipal area.
Community Services a. IBM Sterling B2B Services – Community Development Services - Custom Partner Survey: consists of creating and sending a Customer-defined survey to collect data from the Customer's Partners. Customer must define the questions to be asked and provide a Partner list.
b. IBM Sterling B2B Services - Community Development Services - Document Verification Service: consists of ensuring each Partner’s initial compliance with Customer’s EDI specifications by testing inbound Documents from Partners against the Customer's EDI specifications. IBM's work includes sharing specifications with Partners, setting up testing with Partners, notification to Customer as each Partner passes testing, and developing biweekly summary reports. Customer must provide the mapping specifications of the Documents to be tested and a Partner list.
c. IBM Sterling B2B Services - Community Development Services - Partner Conversion Service: consists of working with a Customer to convert value-added network (VAN) traffic and its Partner community to the Collaboration Network. IBM's work includes contacting Partners, notifying Partners' VANs of the change, assigning a sponsor company ID to the Partner's Collaboration Network Mailbox, confirming that other VANs have routed IDs properly, monitoring the Customer's Mailboxes for five business days, and working with the Customer to resolve Partner/VAN issues. Customer must provide IBM with a Partner list.
d. IBM Sterling B2B Services - Community Development Services - Partner Recruitment Service: consists of recruiting Partners to adopt Customer’s community initiative. IBM will engage in up to three communication efforts to reach Partners to determine if they will comply with Customer’s community request and will provide weekly program status updates. Customer must provide a Partner list.
e. IBM Sterling B2B Services - Community Development Services - Standard Partner Survey: consists of sending an existing survey template to collect data about EDI capabilities and plans from the Customer's Partners. Customer must provide a Partner list.
Community Services. 1. and the Venue will not tolerate disorderly or offensive behaviour.
