Companies and Form of Policies. All policies of insurance procured by Lessee shall be issued by insurance companies licensed to do business in the State in which the Premises are located and authorized to issue such policy or policies. All policies shall be in a form and with companies reasonably acceptable to Lessor and may be part of blanket coverage relating to various properties operated by Lessee.
