Common use of Company and Related Company Clause in Contracts

Company and Related Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “Company” means Verizon Communications Inc. “Related Company” means (a) any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or proprietary interest of 50 percent or more, or (b) any corporation, partnership, joint venture, or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or other proprietary interest of less than 50 percent but which, in the discretion of the Committee, is treated as a Related Company for purposes of this Agreement.

Company and Related Company. For purposes of this Agreement, “"Company” " means Verizon Communications Inc. “and Related Companies. "Related Company” " means (ai) any corporation, partnership, joint venture, venture or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect ownership or proprietary interest of 50 percent or more, or (bii) any corporation, partnership, joint venture, venture or other entity in which Verizon Communications Inc. holds a direct or indirect an ownership or other proprietary interest of less than 50 percent but which, in the discretion of the Committee, is treated as a Related Company for purposes of this Agreement.
