COMPANY DATA LICENSE. FAA has no rights in or to any Company Data not expressly authorized under this Agreement. Company hereby grants FAA a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable unrestricted license to: (i) collect, process, store, use, modify, create derivative works from, license, transfer, offer, and sell Company Data; and (ii) enhance or augment Company Data with other data obtained by FAA from third parties.
