License Keys. The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.
License Keys. You acknowledge that the Software contains one or more license keys that will enable the functionality of the Software and third party software embedded in or distributed with the Software. You may only access and use the Software with license keys issued by Parasoft, and shall not attempt to modify, tamper with, reverse engineer, reverse compile, or disassemble any license key. If Parasoft issues a new license key for the Software, You shall not use the previous license key to enable the Software. If a particular license is then currently on Maintenance, You may transfer such license to a different machine and request a new license key from Parasoft.
License Keys. When necessary, VERITAS will supply IMG with all License Keys required by IMG to exercise the rights and licenses granted to IMG.
License Keys. Customer shall not destroy, disable or circumvent, or attempt to destroy, disable or circumvent in any way the Key and/or the use and time limitations set by the Key or the Licensed Software. Customer acknowledges and agrees that any attempt to exceed the use of the Licensed Software beyond the limits configured into the Key will automatically and immediately terminate the licenses granted under this Agreement.
License Keys. Each Trial License and Individual License of the Software must be activated with a valid License Key. Each License Key has an expiration date based on the terms of the Order. When Customer activates the Software with a License Key, Customer may only use the Software until the expiration date on the Computer for which the Software is activated with the License Key. The License Key for a Team License shall reside on the License Server. Each time a User desires to use the Software on any Customer Computer, the Computer shall receive a temporary authorization to use the License Key from the License Server. At the conclusion of its use, the authorization shall be terminated and the License Server shall make the License Key available for use by other Customer Computers. Unless otherwise provided by Xxxxx, internet access is required to obtain the License Key or receive an authorization to utilize a Team License from the License Server.
License Keys. For Maintained Software that requires a license key for installation, Micro Focus will make available a replacement key for installing or reinstalling authorized licenses to the extent Micro Focus is authorized to provide the key. Licensee is responsible for installing all software.
License Keys. Ordering Activity must provide Contractor through Appian with the following information for every Ordering Activity Computer and, if applicable, for every computer used by a Hosting Entity, to operate the Appian Software: (i) a fully qualified domain name (FQDN) owned by Ordering Activity, (ii) the operating system, and (iii) the number of CPUs. A CPU is a single central processing unit, and each core of a multi-core processing unit shall equal one CPU. Contractor through Appian will use this information to develop a license key and/or enabling code (“License Key”) that will allow the Appian Software to operate only on Ordering Activity Computers having a matching domain name, operating system and CPU cores. The License Key will allow Ordering Activity to use the Appian Software up to the number and type of licenses purchased.
License Keys. You may be permitted to access certain features or functionality in the software enabled by a license key (“License Key”) that Microsoft includes in the software. You may use the License Key, but only:
License Keys. Any license keys provided by Cloudera to Customer are personal to Customer. Customer may not distribute any license keys provided by Cloudera to any third party. Such license keys are the Confidential Information of Cloudera and are subject to the confidentiality requirements of Section 5 of this ESMA.
