Company exclusion. 20.1.1 The Company shall take all such action as is necessary and permitted by Law to allow the Shareholders to exercise their rights and perform their obligations under this Agreement. The Company is [not] entitled to claim performance by the Shareholders of any of the Shareholders' obligations under this Agreement. 20.1.2 The Company shall cooperate with any reasonable amendments to this Agreement as requested by the Shareholders.
