Company Hardware Sample Clauses

Company Hardware. Service is only compatible with the Company Hardware and the Subscriber is informed that the Service cannot be operated or availed by the Subscriber without the Company Hardware. Company will install a suitable Company Hardware for Subscriber at his/her Address to facilitate provision of and use of the Services. To use the Company Hardware, the Subscriber will need compatible Incidental Accessories such as television sets and/or services of third party for Installation (for example, technician or electrician). Company will endeavour to inform the Subscriber in advance if such services are required during the Installation. Company shall not be responsible for actions of any such third-party service provider of the Subscriber.

Company Hardware. The Company agrees that, during the term of this Agreement, it will make available to the Supplier such of the Company Hardware as the Supplier reasonably requires to use in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement. The Parties agree that nothing in this Agreement shall operate to transfer ownership of any Company Hardware to the Supplier (or any of its permitted agents or sub-contractors), unless the Parties agree otherwise in writing.

  • Hardware NCR Voyix may offer you the option to purchase or subscribe to Hardware. Hardware provided may not be new but may be like-new, except for Hardware purchased from NCR Voyix, which will be new. Delivery of the Hardware will be made to your designated Licensed Site(s). All Hardware purchased by you directly from NCR Voyix or from a Reseller for use in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, includes a standard 30-day non-transferable warranty against defects in manufacture, beginning on the date of purchase. Damage from wear and tear, misuse and other factors are not covered.

  • Antivirus software All workstations, laptops and other systems that process and/or store PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY must have installed and actively use comprehensive anti-virus software solution with automatic updates scheduled at least daily.

  • Open Source Software The Software product may include certain open source components that are subject to open source licenses (“Open Source Software”), in which case, the embedded Open Source Software is owned by a third party. The Open Source Software is not subject to the terms and conditions of this XXXX. Instead, each item of Open Source Software is licensed under its applicable license terms which accompanies such Open Source Software. Nothing in this XXXX limits your rights under, nor grants you rights that supersede, the terms and conditions of any applicable license terms for the Open Source Software. Any fees charged by GC in connection with the SOFTWARE, do not apply to the Open Source Software for which fees may not be charged under the applicable license terms. The terms and conditions of the applicable license for the Open Source Software are available on the LICENSE.txt file, which is provided with the SOFTWARE.

  • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible mobile hardware and software as specified by Credit Union from time to time. Credit Union is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.
