Common use of Company Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Company Information Requests. The Company may require the Investors to furnish to the Company such information regarding the distribution of such securities and such other information relating to the Investors and their ownership of Registrable Securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing and the Company may exclude from such Registration or sale the Registrable Securities of each Investor who unreasonably fails to furnish such information within a reasonable time after receiving such request. Each Investor shall furnish such information to the Company and to cooperate with the Company as reasonably necessary to enable the Company to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
