Common use of Company Information Requests Clause in Contracts

Company Information Requests. The Company may require any Investor or Permitted Transferee to furnish to the Company such information regarding the distribution of Registrable Securities and such other information relating to such Investor or Permitted Transferee and its ownership of Registrable Securities or other securities of the Company as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing, and the Company may exclude from the Shelf Registration the Registrable Securities of each Investor or Permitted Transferee who unreasonably fails to furnish such information within a reasonable time after receiving such request. Each Investor and Permitted Transferee shall furnish such information to the Company and cooperate with the Company as reasonably necessary to enable the Company to comply with the provisions of this Agreement.
