Company Listing Sample Clauses

Company ListingThe Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause: (i) the Company’s initial listing application with the Stock Exchange in connection with the Transactions to be approved, (ii) immediately following the Closing, the Company to satisfy any applicable initial and continuing listing requirements of the Stock Exchange, and (iii) the Company Ordinary Shares and the Company Warrants to be issued in connection with the Transactions to be approved for listing on the Stock Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance.
Company ListingThe Company shall use its best efforts to continue the listing of the Company Common Stock on the Nasdaq Stock Market during the term of this Agreement.

Company Listing. From the date of this Agreement through the earlier to occur of the (a) Second Closing Date and (b) date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms, the Company shall take all actions which are reasonably necessary or desirable for the Company to remain listed as a public company on the applicable NASDAQ market(s).
Company Listing. ISSUER shall use its best efforts to maintain its listing on the Nasdaq Stock Market.
Company ListingThe provisions of clause 23.19 of the Senior Facilities Agreement are incorporated into this Agreement by reference, provided that all references to “Atlatsa” shall be a reference to the Purchaser.

Related to Company Listing

  • Blacklisting The Contractor must not commit any breach of the Employment Relations Xxx 0000 (Blacklists) Regulations 2010 or section 137 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Xxx 0000, or commit any breach of the Data Protection Laws by unlawfully processing personal data in connection with any blacklisting activities. Breach of this clause is a material default which shall entitle the Authority to terminate the Framework Agreement.
