Common use of Company Policies and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Company Policies and Benefits. The employment relationship between the parties shall continue to be subject to the Company’s written personnel policies and procedures as they may be adopted, revised, or deleted from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion, including any clawback and malus policy that may be adopted.
