Company Required Statutory Approvals. The Company shall have obtained the Company Required Statutory Approvals (other than those referred to in Section 7.1(b)) required to be obtained by the Company for the consummation of the Transactions to be consummated by it, except for those the failure of which to obtain would not be reasonably expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect.
