Company Required to Move the System. The Company shall, upon prior written notice by the City or any Person holding a permit to move any structure, and within a reasonable amount of time under the circumstances, temporarily move any applicable System or portion thereof to permit the moving of such structure. The Company may require payment of actual reasonable costs to move its System from any Person other than the City for any such movement of its System. Relocation of the System or any portion thereof shall be subject to all applicable terms of this Agreement.
