Common use of Company-Sponsored Benefits Clause in Contracts

Company-Sponsored Benefits. As a member of the senior management team of the Company, you will also be eligible to receive all employee benefits pursuant to the Company’s standard benefit plans that the Company generally provides to the other members of the senior management team that may be in effect from time to time. These currently include, without limitation, group health benefits, 401(k) retirement benefits, business expense reimbursements, PTO, sick time and Company paid holidays. You will be eligible to accrue up to twenty (20) days of paid vacation per calendar year in accordance with the Company’s vacation policy, with such vacation to accrue at the rate of one and two-thirds days for each month of full-time employment. The Company may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, amend or eliminate any of these benefits.
