Common use of Company Vehicle Clause in Contracts

Company Vehicle. Any employee driving a company vehicle loaded with fabricated materials to his home after his regular shift and to the job before the start of his regular shift shall receive travel time pay at a rate as outlined above in Article II. There is no obligation to pay the employees who are passengers in the vehicle. Any employee driving an unloaded company vehicle to his home after his regular shift and to the job before the start of his regular shift within the free zone for the mutual benefit of the employee and Employer shall not be entitled to travel pay.
