Company’s Auditors. From the date hereof until the Effective Time, the Company shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Company’s auditors to complete their audit for the year ending December 31, 2015 in a timely manner and, at the reasonable request of Parent, to perform a review of the consolidated interim financial statements of the Company for any period beginning thereafter.
