Company's Duties. 6.1. Without prejudice to the Company’s specific obligations set out in this Agreement and/or in any Work Instruction, the Company shall use its reasonable endeavours to provide the Supplier with such assistance and access to such information (which is under the control of the Company and/or a ScottishPower Group Company) as the Supplier may reasonably require in order to perform its obligations under this Agreement. Subject to Clause 12 (Access to Premises and Safety/Security), the Company shall provide to the Supplier such access to the Premises as the Supplier may reasonably require in order to provide the relevant Services, including such access as may be specifically set out in the Core Services Description or the relevant Work Instruction.
