Company’s Offer / Special Assembly. The Company will allow time to the employees to permit them to vote on Company offers. The Company will pay one (1) hour at straight time for the day, evening and week-end shift employees and two (2) hours for the night shift employees. All other special meetings will be conditional to mutual agreement.
