Common use of Company’s Property Clause in Contracts

Company’s Property. Within five business days of your termination of employment with the Company for any reason (including, without limitation, due to a Qualifying Termination) (or at any time prior thereto at the Company’s request), you shall return all property belonging to the Company or its affiliates (including, but not limited to, any Company-provided laptops, computers, cell phones, wireless electronic mail devices or other equipment, or documents and property belonging to the Company). To the extent any Company records reside on personal devices you shall promptly delete such records unless otherwise prohibited by law. You may retain your rolodex and similar address books provided that such items only include contact information.
