Compelling Personal Importance (CPI. Leave, not to exceed five (5) days per 4 school year, may be used by the employee. Compelling Personal Importance 5 Leave used shall be deducted from the employee's accrued sick leave. 7 Such leave shall not be used during state mandated testing periods.
