Common use of Compensable Offenders Clause in Contracts

Compensable Offenders. The terms of this Agreement apply only to CDCR Offenders. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to impose upon the CDCR any financial or other obligations for any non-CDCR Offender housed in the Facility. The CONTRACTOR’s costs of operations including start-up expenses, legal services and the risks of physical damage to the Facility incurred as a direct result of the placement of a CDCR Offender in the Facility shall be considered usual costs incidental to the operation of the Facility and part of the compensation set forth herein.
