Compensation and Conditions of Payment. Compensation. The State will pay for performance by the Contractor under this Contract in accordance with the breakdown of costs as set forth in Exhibit D which is attached and incorporated into this Contract. Conditions of Payment. All duties performed by the Contractor under this Contract must be performed to the State’s satisfaction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations including business registration requirements of the Office of the Secretary of State.
