COMPENSATION AND EXPENSES OF ADMINISTRATOR. The Administrator shall serve without compensation for services as such. All expenses of the Administrator shall be paid by the Employer. Such expenses shall include any expense incident to the functioning of the Plan, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, accounting and clerical charges, actuary fees and other costs of administering the Plan.
