Compensation and Invoicing. The Board District agrees to pay CONTRACTOR on a time-and-materials not-to-exceed basis as follows: Billing will be in general accordance with Exhibits [XXX Number]. CONTRACTOR shall assume full responsibility for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes or contributions, including unemployment insurance, social security, and income taxes, with respect to CONTRACTOR’s employees.
