Compensation Band Changes. If the Company changes its current system of classifying employees in compensation bands and management tiers, the references to Bands 50, 60, 70 and 99 in this Appendix C will be construed to mean the compensation level(s) and management tiers in the new or revised system that, in the Company’s discretion, most closely approximates these bands and management tiers under the current system.
