COMPENSATION, BASIC SERVICES. Compensation for the Design-Builder’s basic services shall be as indicated in the Design- Builder’s Schedule of Values (Exhibit B). The Trustees may adjust the interim payment frequency for good cause. 4.1.1 The Design-Builder fee basis shall be derived using the full Budgeted Direct Construction Cost value.
