Compensation Benefits Upon Termination. In the event the Employee's employment is terminated without cause by the Employer, Employee shall be paid, as severance pay, an amount equal to the Base Salary the Employee would have received from the date of termination to the end of the term of employment described in paragraph 6 as a lump sum and the benefits hereunder. In the event the Employee's employment is terminated for cause or if Employee terminates his employment without cause or breaches Paragraph 10 or 11 hereunder or if Employee is receiving payment upon change in control pursuant to Paragraph 14, no payments under this Paragraph 8(b) shall be made following such termination or breach.

In the event the Employee's employment is terminated without for any reason other than for cause by the Employer, the Employee shall be paid, as severance pay, an amount equal to the twelve (12) months of Base Salary the Employee would have received from the date of termination to the end of the term of employment described in paragraph 6 as a lump sum sum, and the benefits hereunderhereunder for such twelve (12 ) month period. In the event the Employee's employment is terminated for cause or if the Employee terminates his the Employee's employment without other than for cause or breaches Paragraph 10 10, 11 or 11 12 hereunder or if the Employee is receiving payment upon a change in control pursuant to Paragraph 14, no payments under this Paragraph 8(b) shall be made following such termination or breach.
