Common use of Compensation Consultant Clause in Contracts

Following the Effective Date, the Company shall retain a compensation consulting firm to conduct a compensation review, following which the Board shall consider, in its sole discretion, increasing Xxxxxxx’x Annual Base Salary and bonus target retroactively to the Effective Date.
