Common use of Compensation During Disability or Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Compensation During Disability or Upon Termination. (i) If during the Protected Period Employee fails to perform Employee's normal duties as a result of incapacity due to physical or mental illness, Employee shall continue during the period of disability to receive any amounts payable to Employee during such period of disability pursuant to the Company's sick leave or disability program until Employee's employment is terminated for Disability. This Section 3(i) shall not reduce or impair Employee's rights to terminate his employment for Good Reason or with the consent of the Board as otherwise provided herein.
