Compensation for District Professional Development Outside the School Day. Teachers who agree to attend District Professional Development outside of the school year/day shall be paid at Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour for Professional Development that he/she attends within the District. This provision will not apply to out-of-District Professional Development meetings.
