COMPENSATION FOR LOCAL AUTHORIZED SERVICES INTERCONNECTION. 4.2.2.1 Bill-and-Keep for IntraMTA Traffic, Transport and Termination. Subject to the limitations set forth below in Section 4.2.3 below, neither Party shall compensate the other for IntraMTA Traffic exchanged between the Parties; provided, however, that such calls are sent over Interconnection Trunks as described in Section 3 above.
