Compensation for Loss of Salary during Demotion or Suspension without Pay. If disciplinary action against the employee is not upheld by the Board of Trustees, or the Board fails to impose a lesser disciplinary action, the employee shall be compensated for any loss of salary resulting from a demotion or suspension without pay prior to the hearing.
