Unemployment Benefits. By virtue of your separation of employment, you shall be entitled to apply for unemployment benefits. The determination of your eligibility for such benefits (and the amount of benefits to which you may be entitled) shall be made by the appropriate state agency pursuant to applicable state law. Company agrees that it shall not contest any claim for unemployment benefits by you. Company, of course, shall not be required to falsify any information.
Unemployment Benefits. The Company will not oppose the Executive’s claim for unemployment insurance benefits.
Unemployment Benefits. Members understand they do not qualify to receive unemployment benefits after the completion of their term of service or their release from the Program. Members agree not to apply for unemployment benefits from the Program following their term of service.
Unemployment Benefits. Upon written request, the District agrees to provide the Employment Development Department with any and all information pertaining to any laid off employee who files for unemployment benefits.
Unemployment Benefits a. If the employee is entitled to benefit under the Unemployment Insurance Act because the employer is not or is no longer obliged to pay the salary under the provisions of 3.9.1, 3.9.2 or 3.9.3, the employer will top up this benefit to the level of the salary.
b. In the cases as referred to in 3.9.2 and 3.9.3, the employer will continue to pay the salary of an employee who is not entitled to benefit on account of the conditions laid down in Articles 15 to 21 inclusive of the Unemployment Insurance Act.
Unemployment Benefits. The Company agrees that it will not contest any claim for unemployment benefits by you with the Massachusetts Department of Employment and Training. The Company, of course, shall not be required to falsify any information.
Unemployment Benefits. The Officer agrees that he will not apply for unemployment benefits while he continues to receive Compensation continuation Payments through the Officer’s Termination Date or at any time in the future that would otherwise be chargeable to Grainger’s unemployment insurance account. Any amounts of unemployment insurance benefits received by the Office during this same time period shall be offset against the Officer’s Separation Payments.
Unemployment Benefits. After the Termination Date, Executive may apply for unemployment benefits. Whether Executive receives benefits will be determined by the State.
Unemployment Benefits. If an employee contracts COVID-19 at the work site and after accessing all of these benefits an employee has no option other than an unpaid leave, the District and Association shall meet to discuss other paid leave options.
