Compensation for Lunch Time Supervisors of Adult – Institution Residents. Any employee, except Adult Institution employees who are scheduled to work more than forty (40) hours per week, who is required to supervise Adult Institution residents during his/her lunch period shall, at the employee’s option, be granted either equal compensatory time off or be paid cash compensation for such work. The rate of compensation shall be computed in accordance with Section 1.6 of the Compensation Ordinance.
