Compensation for Preparing Service Order. The City will compensate the Consultant for preparing a service order proposal only if the proposal is used to prepare an Approved Service Order. The City will not compensate the Consultant for preparing a service order proposal that is not used to prepare an Approved Service Order. If the Consultant is entitled to compensation for preparing a service order proposal, the City and Consultant will negotiate a lump-sum amount as compensation and include such amount in the Approved Service Order.
