Common use of Compensation for Providing Information Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Providing Information. A Party requesting Information pursuant to this Article VII agrees to reimburse the providing Party for the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses, if any, of gathering, copying and otherwise complying with respect to such Information (including any reasonable costs and expenses incurred in any review of Information for purposes of protecting any privilege thereunder or any other restrictions on the disclosure of such Information); provided, however, that each Party shall be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and expenses incurred in connection therewith.
