Common use of Compensation for Providing Information Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Providing Information. In connection with Information exchanged pursuant to Section 6.1, the Party requesting Information agrees to reimburse the other Party for the reasonable, documented out-of-pocket costs, if any, of creating, gathering and copying such Information or otherwise performing, to the extent that such costs are incurred for the benefit of the requesting Party. Except as may be otherwise specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement, or in any other agreement between the Parties, such costs shall be computed in accordance with the providing Party’s standard methodology and procedures.
