Common use of Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Reimbursable Expenses. The Services Provider and its employees and consultants, shall be compensated for the actual, out-of-pocket, reasonable costs for all approved Reimbursable Expenses that are incurred solely and directly in connection with the performance of the Services Provider’s services and duties under this Agreement or in the interest of any particular project. No xxxx-up will be allowed on Reimbursable Expenses by Services Provider or consultants.
