Common use of Compensation for Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Subcontractors. City shall pay Consultant for work performed by its subcontractors, if any, only at Consultant’s actual cost plus an approved mark-up as set forth in the Approved Fee Schedule, Exhibit B. Consultant shall be liable and accountable for any and all payments, compensation, and federal and state taxes to all subcontractors performing services under this Agreement. City shall not be liable for any payment, compensation, or federal and state taxes to or for any subcontractors.
