Common use of ’ Compensation Insurance Clause in Contracts

’ Compensation Insurance. Contractor shall maintain during the term of this Contract, workers’ compensation insurance for all its employees as well as any Subcontractor employees related to this Contract. Workers’ compensation insurance shall cover full liability under the workers’ compensation laws of the jurisdiction in which the service is performed at the statutory limits required by said jurisdiction. Contractor acknowledges that within thirty (30) days of contract award, Contractor must submit proof of certificate of insurance that meets the above requirements.
