Common use of Compensation of Advisor Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Advisor. (a) For the services rendered, the facilities furnished and expenses assumed by Advisor, the Fund shall pay to Advisor at the end of each calendar month an annualized fee calculated as a percentage of the average value of the net assets each day for each Fund during that month at the annual rates set forth at Appendix A hereto.
