Calculation of Quarterly Payment. The BOARD shall pay the Fixed Fee to the ADVISOR in quarterly installments paid in arrears based on the PMRS-determined market value of the Account (hereinafter “the Quarterly Fixed Fee Payment”). The Quarterly Fixed Fee Payment shall be calculated by: (I) taking the PMRS-determined market value of the Account as of the last day of each month during the quarter; (II) applying the adjustments in Paragraphs 6.b. and 6.c. to each month’s PMRS-determined market value of the Account when one or both such adjustments are applicable to a given month; (III) adding together the adjusted PMRS-determined market value of the Account from (II) for each of the three months; (IV) dividing the sum from (III) by three; and,

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.

  • Contract Quarterly Sales Reports The Contractor shall submit complete Quarterly Sales Reports to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 calendar days after the close of each State fiscal quarter (the State’s fiscal quarters close on September 30, December 31, March 31, and June 30). Reports must be submitted in MS Excel using the DMS Quarterly Sales Report Format, which can be accessed at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/business_operations/ state_purchasing/vendor_resources/quarterly_sales_report_format. Initiation and submission of the most recent version of the Quarterly Sales Report posted on the DMS website is the responsibility of the Contractor without prompting or notification from the Department’s Contract Manager. If no orders are received during the quarter, the Contractor must email the DMS Contract Manager confirming there was no activity.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. A credit posting from a merchant or reversal of fees do not constitute a minimum payment.   • Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.

  • Payment Due Payment for services provided will be due on or before the next xxxx date (i.e., same date in the following month as the xxxx date) and is payable in immediately available funds. Payment is considered to have been made when received by BellSouth.

  • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

Failure to provide the quarterly sales report will result in the imposition of financial consequences and may result in the Contractor being found in default and the termination of the Contract. If no sales are recorded during the period, the Contractor must submit a report stating that there was no activity. If no sales are recorded in two consecutive quarters, the Contractor may be placed in probationary status or the Department may terminate the Contract. Quarter 1 – (July-September) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 2 – (October-December) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 3 – (January-March) – due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Quarter 4 – (April-June) due 30 calendar days after the close of the period Exceptions may be made if a delay in submitting reports is attributable to circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the Contractor. The burden of proof of unavoidable delay shall rest with the Contractor and shall be supplied in a written form and submitted to the Department. The Department reserves the right to request additional sales information as needed.

  • Payment Day Unless specified otherwise in the applicable Final Terms, if the due date for payment of any amount in respect of any Note or Coupon is not a Payment Day, the holder thereof shall not be entitled to payment until the next following Payment Day in the relevant place and shall not be entitled to further interest or other payment in respect of such delay.
