Common use of Compensation of Advisor Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Advisor. For services to be provided by the Advisor pursuant to this Agreement, the Fund will pay to the Advisor, and the Advisor agrees to accept as full compensation therefor, an investment advisory fee consisting of a base fee plus a performance adjustment at the rates specified in Schedule A to this Agreement, payable quarterly in arrears. For the first 12 fiscal quarters of this Agreement, the performance adjustment shall be calculated as described in Schedule B to this Agreement.

Compensation of Advisor. The fee will be calculated based on annual percentage rates applied to the average daily net assets of the Fund and will be paid to the Advisor quarterly in arrears.
