Compensation of Advisor. As compensation for the performance of the Advisor’s obligations under this Agreement and as reimbursement for its expenses related thereto, the Advisor shall be entitled to a Structuring Advisory Fee payable pursuant to the priorities set forth in the Indenture and the Trust Agreement as follows:
