Common use of COMPENSATION OF SUBADVISER Clause in Contracts

COMPENSATION OF SUBADVISER. The Adviser will pay the Subadviser, with respect to each Fund on Appendix A attached hereto, the compensation specified in Appendix A. Such fees will be computed daily and paid monthly, calculated at an annual rate based on the Subadviser Assets’ average daily net assets as determined by the Trust’s accounting agent. Compensation for any partial period shall be pro-rated based on the length of the period.
