Common use of Compensation of the Sub Clause in Contracts

Compensation of the Sub. Adviser. As full compensation for all services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses borne by the Sub-Adviser hereunder, the Manager shall pay the Sub-Adviser compensation at the annual rate of 0.65% of the first $50 million of the average daily net assets (including cash or cash equivalents) of the Segment and 0.50% of such assets in excess of $50 million. Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Compensation of the Sub. Adviser. As full compensation for all services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses borne by the Sub-Adviser hereunder, the Manager shall pay the Sub-Adviser compensation at the annual rate of 0.650.55% of the first $50 million of the average daily net assets (including cash or cash equivalents) of the Segment segment of the Series that the Sub-Adviser manages and 0.50% of such assets in excess of $50 million. Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Compensation of the Sub. Adviser. As full compensation for all services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses borne by the Sub-Adviser hereunder, the Manager shall pay the Sub-Adviser compensation at the annual rate of 0.650.55% of the first $50 million of the average daily net assets (including cash or cash equivalents) of the Segment Segment; 0.50% of the next $200 million of such assets and 0.500.475% of such assets in excess of $50 million250 million (or such lesser amount as the Sub-Adviser may from time to time agree to receive). Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

As full compensation for all services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses borne by the Sub-Adviser hereunder, the Manager shall pay the Sub-Adviser compensation at the annual rate of 0.650.350% of the first $50 200 million of the average daily net assets (including cash or cash equivalents) of the Segment Series and 0.500.300% of any excess of such assets in excess of over $50 million200 million (or such lesser amount as the Sub-Adviser may from time to time agree to receive). Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.

Compensation of the Sub. Adviser. As full compensation for all services rendered, facilities furnished and expenses borne by the Sub-Adviser hereunder, the Manager shall pay the Sub-Adviser compensation at the annual rate of 0.650.90% of the first $50 25 million of the average daily net assets (including cash or cash equivalents) of the Segment Segment, 0.70% of the next $25 million of such assets and 0.500.55% of such assets in excess of $50 million. Such compensation shall be payable monthly in arrears or at such other intervals, not less frequently than quarterly, as the Manager is paid by the Series pursuant to the Advisory Agreement.
