COMPENSATION & OVERTIME. 10.01 All Employees coming under the scope of this Agreement shall be compensated for their services in accordance with Appendix "A", Base Wage Schedule, attached hereto, which shall form part of this agreement.

COMPENSATION & OVERTIME. The City Manager position is exempt from overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act. Accordingly, is not eligible for overtime compensation.

  • Compensation for Overtime 9.5.1 All overtime hours, except those overtime hours exceeding twelve (12) hours in one day, shall be compensated at a rate of pay equal to time and one-half the regular rate of pay of the employee.
